Day 17 - Ethiopian House, Rosh Hanikrah and UIA
We started off the day at a Ethiopian kibbutz, dancing and singing. We then went in to an Ethiopian elders hut, where she told her story of how she ventured from Ethiopia to Jerusalem, via Sudan for 650kms, and how she wasn't allowed to share her true identity as a Jew when she was at less and most vulnerable. After we listened to her story, we then went to have lunch where freshly made pizza was made for us. After this we continued to Rosh Hanikrah where we visited the most beautiful scenery and saw the pristine and crystal clear waters. We then drove to Nazareth Elit UIA where we interacted with Israeli and Arab kids in various activities. Shortly after we went to Ben Yehuda street, to meet up with our whole year for dinner.
